• Slip the larger loop over the top limb of the bow and push it further down that limb.
  • Then take the smaller loop and fit it snugly into the grooves of the nock on the bottom limb.
  • Place the saddle of the bowstringer (rubber side wresting on the limb) on the top limb, behind the loop of the string.
  • Then place the cup end of the bowstringer over the bottom nock making sure the loop is still in the grooves.
  • Take the slack of the string by pushing the top end loop as far up the limb as possible until the string is taut.
  • With your foot (or feet) placed on the centre of the string on the ground, pull the riser upwards whilst pushing the top limb loop towards the grooves of the nock.
  • Once safely in the grooves, gently slacken off your hold on the riser.
